Can I switch plans later?

What counts as a "user"?
Any team member with their own login. That includes agents, brokers, admins, and assistants — anyone who signs in to BrokerageSpace counts toward the user limit on your plan.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Monthly plans are month-to-month — cancel any time. Annual plans run for one year and save you 20% off the monthly price; you can switch back to monthly at the end of the term.
What happens after my free trial ends?
If you've added a payment method, your plan starts billing automatically and your data carries over. If you haven't added one, your account pauses — your data is preserved and you can pick a plan whenever you're ready.
Do you offer custom pricing for larger brokerages?
